Elsfield is easily accesible from the A40 "Northern Bypass"
part of the Oxford Ring Road.
South
East: |
Leave the M40 at Jct 8 signposted 'Oxford A40'. This dual carraigeway will then come to the 'Green Road Roundabout' where you will need to cross right into the hamburger roundabout following the signs to the A40 (Kidlington). Follow this dual carraigeway for approximately 1.5 miles taking the very first exit signposted Marston. Turn left until you pass over the A40 and following signs to Elsfield. |
| North | Leave the M40 at Jct 9 signposted Oxford. Turn right at the roundabout over the M40 onto the A34 to Oxford. After 6 miles take the Peartree interchange exit and onto the A44. At the next roundabout (Wolvercote Roundabout) take the 2nd exit onto the A40 signposted Headington. Cross straight over the following roundabout towards Headington on the A40. After 1.9 miles take the exit signposted Marston / Hospitals. Take the first left and continue straight along this road into Elsfield. |
